This New Orleans classic is made even better with Pretzilla Mini Buns! These mini muffulettas are topped with thinly shaved ham, spicy capicola, mortadella, salami, Italian Olive Salad, and provolone cheese, then toasted and served warm.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice Pretzilla Mini Buns in half horizontally and brush inside of each top with 1 teaspoon of oil from the olive salad.
Brush each bottom with 2 teaspoons of oil from the olive salad and arrange on a baking sheet.
Divide meats evenly and layer each bottom with ham, capicola, mortadella, and salami.
Top with provolone cheese and 1 tablespoon olive salad
Close sandwiches and bake 4-6 minutes until bread is lightly toasted and sandwich is warm.
Substitute sliced turkey and turkey salami for a lower fat version that still has great flavor.
